room tariff

Current Standard Tariff is Per Person Per Night (Minimum 2 nights DBB at Weekends).

This tariff, terms and conditions are effective from 1st November 2009 and supersede all others. We reserve the right to alter them without notice should that become necessary.

All tariffs are offered subject to availability. Please read our full terms and conditions for information on reservations, cancellations etc.

Bed & Breakfast rates are normally only available mid week, price on application.

Single rooms are available. Double rooms may be let as singles, subject to availability, at a surcharge of 50%.

• TV and radio are not provided in the hotel rooms because of poor reception due to the surrounding fells.
• No smoking - is observed throughout the hotel, bars and self-catering apartments.
• Dogs are not allowed in the hotel and bars. They are however, welcome in several of the self catering apartments. Please ensure you bring your dogs own bedding.
• Special Diets: Please give advance notice of these.
• Gratuities are not included but the staff operate a shared "tronc" should you wish to reward good service.
• No allowance can be made for meals not taken.

Children

When sharing a room with adults:

• Aged up to 2 years - free*
• Aged 3 - 6 years, 25% of adult tariff *
• Aged 7 - 12 years, 50% of adult tariff

Children occupying own rooms are charged full rate.

* Our dining room facilities are not suitable for children under 7 after 7.00pm.  However, an early dining option is available at 6.00pm to accommodate children in the dining room if accompanied by an adult. It should be stressed that children should have concluded their meal by 7.00pm. Childrens menus are also available in the bar.
